Your Role

We are now looking for a driven site manager with the ambition to grow into a project manager for northern Bohuslän and surrounding areas who wants to help further develop the business. You will lead production, be responsible for personnel, finances, and schedules, and be the company's face towards customers and partners. You will report directly to the business area manager and have great opportunities to influence both working methods and business.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience leading civil engineering projects and a solid background in earthworks and/or civil engineering. You are confident in managing project finances, schedules, and resources, and thrive in a role where you take significant personal responsibility.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and clear in your communication. You build trust with both employees and customers and are motivated by creating well-functioning teams and profitable projects. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
